Q. What is the true cost to setup service?
A. The true cost of service for ApptSoft is $29.95 a month. We do not charge for setup like the other online appointment systems available today. Their are no hidden fees, just the $29.95 monthly fee you see displayed across our website.
Q. How long must I keep the service?
A. ApptSoft has no contracts of any kind, you are free to terminate your service at any time without any penalties.
Q. Is my information safe?
A. Yes. ApptSoft utilizes a publicly traded company as our data warehouse provider. Your data is backed up internally and externally on a daily basis. And the servers are monitored 24/7 by security guards.
Q. Many of my clients are not computer literate, will it be hard for them to book an appointment online?
A. No. Once the client has registered, all they need to do when booking an appointment is login and select which day they would like to book and click it. Basically, a client can book an appointment with about 3 clicks of their mouse. We made ApptSoft very user friendly on purpose.
Q. How long is the training required to get ApptSoft started and running in my business?
A. ApptSoft is easy to deploy and easy to operate for any business. All we need to do is setup the sub domain on our server and put a "Book Appointment" link on your website. Everything else is easy and straight-forward.
Q. Can I create invoices and collect payments automatically with ApptSoft?
A. Not at this time. We are working on a payment module to be released at a later date. But, for now ApptSoft is used specifically for scheduling online appointments.
Q.Can I schedule appointments with my clients on the phone?
A. Yes. If clients call on the phone you can enter their appointment quickly and easily. If you enter their email address they can get an email confirmation and an email reminder of their appointment.
Q. I'm not always at my office, is their any way to get appointment confirmations on my cell phone?
A. Not yet. The cell phone notificaion feature will be provided in the next software update.
Q. Can I purchase the entire ApptSoft software?
A. You can call us directly for the pricing, and we will also assist with the installation. In addition, we will supply you with software updates and provide ongoing support for an annual service fee.
